Asbury Park is situated on a 34-acre campus at the south edge of Newton. Asbury Park finds itself snuggled between the traditional neighborhood homes of Newton and the vastly developing business and shopping district just off the I-35 and Hwy 50 interchange. Situated in this premier location for retirement living, Asbury Park elders are in the neighborhood of restaurants, shopping, Newton Medical Center, Chisholm Trail Mall, and the Sand Creek Station golf course. As a guest of one of Asbury Park's elders, we have The Friendly Guest Room for overnight stays available by reservation.

Asbury Park is a continuing care retirement community which supports life while enhancing physical, social, emotional and spiritual wellness through innovative programs and a caring staff.

Early Childhood Program
As a ministry of New Creation Fellowship Church and licensed by the State of Kansas, New Creation Preschool has sessions for pre-kindergarten children during the school year. Our classroom is located at Asbury Park Retirement Community where we enjoy intergenerational programming. Children attend morning session two to five times per week. We offer tuition assistance in the form of reduced tuition rates based on income.
